There are places that you never think you will ever get to visit, there are things that you never think you will be able to see, and there are people that you never imagined meeting but my wife and I are living proof that your life is exactly that...YOUR LIFE. Opportunities present themselves and it is up to you to own them and make them as wonderful as you want them to be. One year in Switzerland and we can honestly say that we are better for it and will never forget our experiences.
We miss our old life and newly made European friends but we brought a little something home with us...
Memories...
...and a little something else for the family...

Goodbye Chicagoabroad, hello ChicagoBaby!
 |
| Yep, IT'S A GIRL |
We send our sincere thanks to our loyal fans. Your readership and support has meant the world to us as we set out on this European journey. From our friends we have received letters, Wall Street Journal subscriptions, job referrals (for my unemployed self), job leads, food and destination recommendations, transatlantic visits and most of all your love, support, and great expectations. On the day before my wedding, I asked all our friends and family to help guide this family, to lend the support that we knew we would need as we started our family. From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank you for honoring our request. As we grow our family we ask that you continue to be in our lives and continue to support all of our wacky crazy adventures in diaper-hood.
So emotional!!!!! Loved this post. What a great experience! So excited for you guys. Can't wait to meet the little one!
